Our Affinity Networks

Pan-Asian Network

This network provides support and mentorship for Asian professionals to excel, while building awareness through cultural events that provide opportunities and celebrate culture.

Black Inclusion Network

The mission of this network is to support and advise its members, along with Guidehouse as a whole, by fostering a cultural awareness and understanding that promotes the hiring, retention and career advancement of our Black professionals.

LatinX Inclusion Network

This group builds social and professional connections among our Latinx professionals and colleagues seeking to learn about Latinx culture by providing members with development and support both within Guidehouse and externally.

OPEN Network

Our Out Professional Employee Network (OPEN) is an internal community of Guidehouse employees who are Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender, Queer and Allies that provides education, awareness and resources around dates and issues of importance to the LGBTQIA population.

Veteran Affinity

Guidehouse values the skill and experience that military professionals bring to the workforce, and this network is committed to providing a community where they can share experiences, grow their careers and develop into thought leaders.

Women's Inclusion

As an inclusive, multi-dimensional environment that supports the connection and development of female employees, this network gathers regularly to connect, build relationships, and further their professional development.

Young Professionals

This network is dedicated to the development of young professionals through networking opportunities, knowledge sharing, mentoring, and increased exposure to leadership. Its initiatives help members elevate their employee experience and enhance their careers.
