M. John Saad

Leveraging more than 25 years of public sector and commercial consulting experience, John oversees client service delivery across Guidehouse’s vertical industry segments and horizontal service offerings—ensuring to build on the firm’s success in delivering innovative solutions across the national security, financial services, healthcare, energy, and infrastructure industries through integrated advisory, digital, and managed services offerings.

A visionary leader, John played a critical role in Guidehouse’s growth and transformation through his role in the launch of the firm and its subsequent M&A activity. John also drove significant organic growth by spearheading a team of over 2,500 consultants who serve the U.S. Department of Defense, Department of Justice, Department of Homeland Security, Department of State, and the intelligence community with a range of mission challenges.

Before joining Guidehouse, John was a partner at a large global management consultancy, where he served clients on a range of business, operational, and mission challenges across the national security and defense arena as well as commercial financial advisory services.
